Laser Remote Sensing Systems

Laser Remote Sensing Systems are instruments that use laser technology to remotely measure and analyze the properties of a target object or environment. These systems emit laser pulses towards the target and measure the time it takes for the reflected light to return to the instrument. This information is then used to determine various properties of the target, such as distance, velocity, temperature, chemical composition, and atmospheric conditions. Laser Remote Sensing Systems have a wide range of applications in space and astronautical engineering, including atmospheric monitoring, remote sensing of planets and celestial bodies, and spacecraft navigation and docking. They are also used in Earth observation, climate research, and military surveillance.
