Polar Orbit
Polar orbit is a type of orbit that takes a satellite or spacecraft over the Earth's poles. In this orbit, the satellite passes over the North and South Poles on each orbit. Polar orbits are commonly used for Earth observation, remote sensing, and mapping missions. The advantage of a polar orbit is that it allows the satellite to cover the entire surface of the Earth, including the poles, on each orbit.
