Stroma

In space and astronautical engineering, stroma refers to the structural framework of a celestial body or a spacecraft. It is the underlying support structure that provides strength and stability to the body or spacecraft. In celestial bodies, stroma is composed of rocks, minerals, and other materials that make up the body's crust and mantle. In spacecraft, stroma is the framework that supports the various components of the spacecraft, such as the propulsion system, the payload, and the crew module. The design of the stroma is critical to the success of the mission, as it must be able to withstand the extreme conditions of space, including radiation, temperature fluctuations, and microgravity.
