Organic Material
In space and astronautical engineering, organic material refers to any carbon-based compound that is present or used in space missions. Organic materials can be found in living organisms, such as plants and animals, as well as in non-living materials, such as plastics and fuels. In space missions, organic materials are used in a variety of applications, including as fuels for rockets and as materials for spacecraft construction. Organic materials are also studied in astrobiology to understand the potential for life beyond Earth and to search for signs of past or present life on other planets.
