Microwave Radar


Microwave radar is a technology that uses high-frequency electromagnetic waves, typically in the range of 1-100 GHz, to detect and locate objects. It works by emitting a short pulse of microwave energy and then measuring the time it takes for the energy to bounce back after hitting an object. This information is then used to determine the distance, speed, and direction of the object. Microwave radar has a wide range of applications in space and astronautical engineering, including remote sensing, navigation, and tracking of spacecraft and debris. It is also used for weather forecasting, terrain mapping, and detecting and tracking asteroids and other celestial bodies.
