Manipulators

Manipulators are robotic devices used in space and astronautical engineering to perform tasks that are difficult or impossible for humans to do. They are typically equipped with multiple degrees of freedom and end-effectors that allow them to grasp, move, and manipulate objects in space. Manipulators are used for a variety of tasks, including assembly, maintenance, and repair of spacecraft and space stations, as well as scientific experiments and exploration. They are controlled by human operators on the ground or by autonomous systems, and can be mounted on spacecraft, rovers, or other vehicles. Manipulators are essential tools for space exploration and have been used in many missions, including the Hubble Space Telescope repair mission and the Mars rovers missions.
