Radar Tracking

Radar tracking is a method of determining the position and velocity of a spacecraft or other object in space by using radar technology. This involves transmitting a radar signal towards the object and then measuring the time it takes for the signal to bounce back to the receiver. By analyzing the Doppler shift of the returned signal, the velocity of the object can also be determined. Radar tracking is used extensively in space exploration, including tracking satellites, spacecraft, and space debris. It is also used for monitoring and predicting the trajectories of near-Earth objects such as asteroids and comets, which could potentially pose a threat to Earth.
