JSC (Johnson Space Center)


Johnson Space Center (JSC) is a NASA center located in Houston, Texas. It is the hub for human spaceflight training, research, and mission control for the International Space Station (ISS). JSC is responsible for designing and developing spacecraft, including the Orion spacecraft for deep space exploration, and managing the development of new technologies for space exploration. Additionally, JSC is home to the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory, where astronauts train for spacewalks in a large pool that simulates microgravity conditions. JSC also houses the Lunar Sample Laboratory Facility, which houses samples of lunar rocks and soil collected during the Apollo missions.
