Fueling

Fueling is the process of loading a spacecraft with the necessary propellants to enable it to perform its mission. The type and amount of propellant required depends on the spacecraft's design and mission objectives. Fueling can occur at various stages of a spacecraft's life cycle, including during launch, in orbit, and prior to re-entry. The process of fueling is critical to the success of a mission, as any errors or malfunctions during this process can result in catastrophic failure. Fueling operations must be carefully planned and executed, taking into account factors such as the type of propellant being used, the storage and handling requirements, and the safety protocols necessary to protect personnel and equipment. In addition, fueling operations must comply with international regulations and guidelines governing the use and transport of hazardous materials in space.
