Fuel Tanks

Fuel tanks are containers used to store fuel for spacecraft propulsion systems. They are an essential component of any spacecraft as they provide the necessary fuel to power the engines and maneuver the spacecraft in space. Fuel tanks can be made of various materials such as aluminum, titanium, or composite materials, and can be pressurized or unpressurized depending on the type of fuel used. The size and shape of the fuel tank depend on the mission requirements and the type of spacecraft. Fuel tanks can be located inside or outside the spacecraft, and can be designed to be jettisoned once the fuel is depleted. The design and construction of fuel tanks are critical to the success of any space mission, as any failure or leakage can result in the loss of the spacecraft.
