Binary Phase Shift Keying
Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK) is a digital modulation technique used in space and astronautical engineering to transmit binary data over a communication channel by modulating the phase of the carrier wave. In BPSK, the phase of the carrier signal is shifted by 180 degrees to represent binary 1 or 0. This modulation technique is widely used in satellite communication systems, deep space communication, and other space applications due to its simplicity and robustness against noise and interference.
