Atmospheric Navigation

Atmospheric Navigation is the process of determining the position and direction of a spacecraft or aircraft by using the properties of the atmosphere. This includes measuring the temperature, pressure, and density of the air to calculate the vehicle's altitude and speed. Atmospheric Navigation is important for spacecraft during atmospheric entry and landing, as well as for aircraft during takeoff and landing. It is also used for navigation during flight in the Earth's atmosphere. The accuracy of Atmospheric Navigation is affected by various factors such as weather conditions, atmospheric disturbances, and instrument errors.
