Sensitivity Analysis

Sensitivity analysis is a technique used in space and astronautical engineering to determine how different values of an independent variable can affect a particular dependent variable under a given set of assumptions. It involves varying one or more input parameters in a model or simulation to observe the effect on the output. Sensitivity analysis is used to identify the most important parameters in a model, to determine the range of values for which the model is valid, and to assess the robustness of the model. In space and astronautical engineering, sensitivity analysis is used to study the behavior of complex systems such as spacecraft, rockets, and satellites, and to optimize their design and performance.
