Radiation Sickness

Radiation sickness, also known as acute radiation syndrome (ARS), is a collection of health effects that occur within several days of exposure to high amounts of ionizing radiation. Prevention measures include limiting exposure to radiation, using protective equipment, and following safety protocols.
