New Shepard

New Shepard is a reusable suborbital rocket system designed by Blue Origin for space tourism and scientific research. The rocket is named after Alan Shepard, the first American to enter space. The system consists of a rocket booster and a crew capsule, both of which are reusable. The rocket booster uses a BE-3 engine that runs on liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen, while the crew capsule is equipped with large windows for the passengers to enjoy the view of space. The rocket is designed to take off vertically and land vertically, allowing for multiple flights with the same hardware. The system has undergone several successful test flights, with the first crewed flight taking place in July 2021.
