Japanese National Space Development Agency (NASDA)


The Japanese National Space Development Agency (NASDA) was a national space agency of Japan established in 1969. It was responsible for the development of satellites and launch vehicles, as well as the implementation of space science programs and the promotion of space utilization for national development. NASDA was merged with two other organizations in 2003 to form the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).
