Fluid Regulation

Fluid regulation is the process of managing the distribution and balance of fluids in a spacecraft or space suit to ensure the health and safety of astronauts. This includes monitoring and controlling the intake and output of fluids, as well as the composition of those fluids. In microgravity environments, fluid regulation becomes even more critical as the body's natural mechanisms for regulating fluids are disrupted. Failure to properly regulate fluids can lead to dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, and other health issues. Therefore, fluid regulation is a key aspect of astronautical engineering and is essential for successful space missions.
