Communication Network

Communication Network refers to the system of interconnected communication devices and infrastructure that enables the exchange of information between different entities in space and astronautical engineering context. This includes various types of communication systems such as radio, satellite, and optical communication systems, as well as the ground stations, antennas, and other hardware and software components that support these systems. Communication networks are critical for enabling spacecraft to communicate with ground stations, for transmitting scientific data and images from space probes and telescopes, and for supporting human spaceflight missions. They are also used for coordinating and controlling spacecraft operations, as well as for providing navigation and positioning information. Communication networks are designed to be reliable, robust, and secure, and must be able to operate in harsh space environments with high levels of radiation, extreme temperatures, and other challenges.
