Air Quality Control

Air Quality Control is the process of monitoring, measuring, and regulating the quality of air in spacecraft and other astronautical environments. This includes the control of air composition, temperature, humidity, and pressure to ensure the health and safety of crew members and the proper functioning of equipment. Air Quality Control also involves the detection and removal of contaminants such as carbon dioxide, volatile organic compounds, and particulate matter. The process of Air Quality Control is critical for the success of long-duration space missions, as exposure to poor air quality can lead to a range of health problems and equipment malfunctions.
