Spaceport

A spaceport is a facility designed for launching and receiving spacecraft. It typically includes launch pads, assembly buildings, fuel storage tanks, and other infrastructure necessary to support spaceflight operations. Spaceports can be located on land, sea, or in the air, and are often situated near the equator to take advantage of the Earth's rotation for launching spacecraft into orbit. They are also used for testing and developing new spacecraft and technologies, as well as for conducting scientific research in space. Spaceports are essential for the advancement of space exploration and the development of new space technologies.
