Rocket Lab is a private American aerospace manufacturer and smallsat launch service provider. The company develops and manufactures lightweight, cost-effective rockets and spacecraft components for low Earth orbit (LEO) missions. Rocket Lab's Electron rocket is a two-stage launch vehicle designed to deliver payloads of up to 300 kg to LEO. The rocket uses electric-pump-fed engines and carbon composite materials to reduce weight and increase efficiency. Rocket Lab also offers end-to-end mission services, including payload integration, launch operations, and on-orbit management. The company's mission is to make space more accessible by providing frequent and reliable launch services for small satellites and other payloads.
