Reflecting Telescope
A reflecting telescope is a type of telescope that uses mirrors to reflect and focus light. The primary mirror is located at the bottom of the telescope and reflects light back up to a secondary mirror, which in turn reflects the light out of the side of the telescope to the eyepiece. Reflecting telescopes are commonly used in astronomy due to their ability to gather large amounts of light and produce clear, high-resolution images of celestial objects. They are also used in space exploration missions to observe and study planets, moons, and other objects in our solar system and beyond.
