Phased Array Antennas

Phased array antennas are a type of antenna array that uses phase shifters to electronically steer the direction of the antenna beam without physically moving the antenna. This technology is widely used in space and astronautical engineering for communication and radar systems. Phased array antennas offer several advantages over traditional antennas, including faster beam steering, higher gain, and the ability to track multiple targets simultaneously. They are also more reliable and require less maintenance than mechanical antennas. Phased array antennas can be used for a variety of applications, including satellite communication, weather monitoring, and military surveillance.
