Low Or Low-Pressure System

In space and astronautical engineering, a low or low-pressure system refers to a region in space where the pressure of the gas or plasma is lower than the surrounding environment. This can occur naturally in space due to the vacuum of space or can be created artificially in spacecraft propulsion systems. Low-pressure systems are important in space engineering as they can be used to create thrust in spacecraft engines, such as ion thrusters, by accelerating the gas or plasma out of the engine at high speeds. Additionally, low-pressure systems are used in scientific experiments to simulate the conditions of space and study the behavior of materials and fluids in low-gravity environments.
