Lorentz Force
Lorentz force is the force exerted on a charged particle in an electromagnetic field. It is the sum of the electric force and the magnetic force acting on the particle. The electric force is proportional to the charge of the particle and the strength of the electric field, while the magnetic force is proportional to the charge of the particle, its velocity, and the strength of the magnetic field.
