JavaServer Pages

JavaServer Pages (JSP) is a technology used to create dynamic web pages by embedding Java code in HTML pages. JSP allows developers to separate the user interface from the business logic and provides a way to create reusable components. JSP pages are compiled into Java Servlets and executed on the server side, generating HTML pages that are sent to the client's web browser. JSP technology provides a number of built-in objects, such as request, response, session, and application, which can be used to access and manipulate data. JSP pages can also use JavaBeans, custom tags, and expression language to simplify the development process. JSP technology is often used in combination with other Java technologies, such as Servlets, JavaServer Faces (JSF), and Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB).
