Thermal Control Techniques

Thermal Control Techniques refer to the methods and technologies used to manage the temperature of spacecraft and their components in the harsh environment of space. The extreme temperatures in space can cause damage to sensitive equipment and materials, and can also affect the performance of the spacecraft. Thermal control techniques include passive and active methods, such as insulation, reflective coatings, radiators, heaters, and heat pipes. These techniques are used to maintain a stable temperature range for the spacecraft and its components, and to prevent overheating or freezing. Thermal control is a critical aspect of spacecraft design and operation, and is essential for the success of space missions.
