Entanglement

Entanglement is a phenomenon in quantum mechanics where two or more particles become correlated in such a way that the state of each particle cannot be described independently of the others, even when separated by large distances. This means that if a measurement is made on one particle, it instantaneously affects the state of the other particle, regardless of the distance between them. Entanglement has been proposed as a means of communication and computation in space and astronautical engineering, as it allows for faster-than-light communication and secure transmission of information.
