White Dwarf Stage
White Dwarf Stage is the final evolutionary stage of a star that has exhausted its nuclear fuel. It is a small, extremely dense, and hot star that is composed mostly of electron-degenerate matter. White dwarfs are typically about the size of Earth but have a mass comparable to that of the Sun. They are very hot when they are first formed, with temperatures of up to 100,000 Kelvin, but they gradually cool over billions of years. White dwarfs are important objects in astrophysics because they are used to study the evolution of stars and the structure of the Milky Way galaxy.
