Miniaturized Satellite

A miniaturized satellite, also known as a CubeSat, is a type of small satellite that is standardized in size and shape. CubeSats are typically 10 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm and have a mass of no more than 1.33 kg. They are designed to be low-cost and easy to manufacture, making them accessible to universities, research institutions, and even individuals. Despite their small size, CubeSats can perform a variety of missions, including Earth observation, technology demonstration, and scientific research. They are often launched as secondary payloads on larger rockets, which helps to reduce the cost of launching them into space. CubeSats are also designed to be modular, which means that they can be easily assembled and disassembled, allowing for quick and easy customization. However, their small size also means that they have limited capabilities and are not suitable for all types of missions.
