General Relativity
General relativity is a theory of gravitation that was developed by Albert Einstein between 1907 and 1915. According to this theory, gravity is not a force between masses, but rather a result of the curvature of spacetime caused by the uneven distribution of mass and energy. In other words, objects with mass cause a distortion in the fabric of spacetime, which is felt as gravity. General relativity has been extensively tested and confirmed through numerous experiments and observations, and is the basis for our current understanding of gravity and the structure of the universe.
